Our website has been designed with modern browsers in mind, but some issues can occur if your browser settings aren’t up to date or your cache needs clearing. Follow the tips below to reset your connection and refresh your browsing experience.

Password Requirements

For your protection, we require strong, complex passwords for online banking access. That means all passwords must include:

  • At least 12 characters
  • 1 uppercase letter
  • 1 lowercase letter
  • 1 special character
  • 1 number

Passwords will also need to be updated periodically. If you suspect your password has been compromised, call our support team immediately at (580) 226-4610.

Internet browsers are your gateway to accessing websites like ours. Popular options include Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Opera.

Each browser stores browsing data, such as:

  • Temporary Internet Files: Cached pages and media for faster viewing
  • Cookies: Files that improve website performance
  • Browsing History: List of previously visited websites
  • Download History: List of downloaded files
  • Form Data: Saved info like names or addresses
  • Passwords: Stored login details that auto-fill on websites

How to Clear Your Browsing History

If you experience loading issues, we recommend clearing your browsing data. Focus on removing Temporary Internet Files and Cookies to refresh the website, but avoid saving or storing form data and passwords for security reasons.

For PC Users:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open your browser’s clear history menu.

For Mac Users:
Access the Main Menu in your browser and select the option to Empty Cache.

Some browsers also allow automatic clearing of cookies and history when closing the browser. Check your browser’s Internet Options to set this up.
